Preparation: Pour the desired amount of couscous into the bowl (approx. 50g per serving). Add the same amount of hot but not boiling water. Cover with a lid and let stand for a few minutes until the couscous reaches the desired consistency. Add salt and a little of the first cold press olive oil. Stir with a fork to separate the blades.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
