Pre-cooked white cornmeal. Gluten and GMO free.
Ingredients: Pre-baked white cornmeal. May contain traces of soy.
Making the dough: Mix together 2 cups of corn flour, 2½ cups of water, 1 teaspoon of salt, knead for 2 minutes, let stand for 5 minutes. Divide the dough into 10 parts. Shape it into balls and flatten them with your hands until you get discs of about 10 cm. Cook in a pan on medium heat for 5 min on both sides, open and fill to taste.
