Ingredients: Wheat flour, water, yeast 21% (soft wheat flour Type 00, water), re-milled durum wheat semolina, soft whole wheat flour, salt, wheat bran flour, first cold-pressed olive oil 0.5%, brewer’s yeast, bread-making preparation (soft wheat flour Type 0, vinegar powder), emulsifier: soy lecithin; leavening agent: sodium bicarbonate; preservative: potassium sorbate; natural olive flavor.
The bread’s surface is treated with ethyl alcohol.
