A combination of salt, aromatic herbs, and dried and ground vegetables for seasoning roasted and grilled meats. Do not add salt: the seasoning is already salty. Keep in a closed package in a cool, dry place, away from sources of light and heat. For roasted or grilled meat: sprinkle the seasoning over the meat before cooking. For meat cooked in a frying pan: sprinkle the seasoning on the cooking side of the meat.
Ingredients: Salt, rosemary, sage, bay leaf, garlic (contains antioxidant: sulphur dioxide), thyme, parsley, juniper berries, basil, marjoram. May contain traces of: celery, mustard, peanuts.
