Dehydrated risotto mixture based in part on pre-cooked rice. Without flavor enhancers, preservatives and colors. With a fat content of less than 2%.
Ingredients: Boiled rice, spices (contains milk), milk protein, processed cheese, maltodextrin, onion, yeast extract, rice starch, salt, chives, boletus (Boletus edulis and related group), truffle (Tuber aestivum) 0.017%. May contain residues of gluten-containing cereals, soya, nuts and their derivatives.

Preparation:
1. Pour two glasses of cold water (175g risotto = 450ml water) into each pot for each glass of risotto. Stir and bring to the boil.
2. Boil, stirring occasionally, for about 12 minutes.
3. Before the liquid is completely absorbed, switch off the hob and add a drop of oil or a piece of butter and parmesan to taste.
Storage: Packed in a protective environment. Store in a cool, dry place protected from light.
